My Biography
Before law school, I reported for community newspapers in several states. I wrote dozens of stories during that time about governments, corporations, and others bullying regular people over money and property. As an attorney, I spent the first years of my career litigating on behalf of Indian tribes and Native American people. Today, I stand up for people who are facing debt collectors who are willing to violate their rights and the law in order to collect money that my client's sometimes don't even owe.
My Family
I live in Saint Paul, Minnesota, with my wife, two daughters, and an adorable 12-pound mutt named Bernie.
In my free time, I like to hang out with family and friends, canoe in the Boundary Waters, and study Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
